90% pavement, few gravel driveways or possible road construction detours. Many curves, several Andean mountains passes and extreme scenic well maintained roads. Colonial villages and historic sites. Rookie to expert riders welcome. Top class hotels and resorts or best option available.
Temperatures vary between 22 to 35°C (71,6 to 95°F), but temperatures can drop more for a short period going over the mountains passes.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival to Cali. Airport service to hotel. Sort out paperwork and group briefing meeting.
Day 2:Cali – Salento – Manizales
Day 3:Manizales – Honda
Day 4:Honda-Zipaquira – Villa de Leyva
Day 5:Rest day in Villa de Leyva
Day 6:Villa de Leyva – Barichara – San Gil
Day 7:San Gil – Chicamocha Canyon – Bucaramanga – Doradal
Day 8:Doradal – Medellin
Day 9Medellin – Montenegro
Day 10Montenegro return to Cali before 12:00. Airport service for departure
