Romania: Carpathian mountain roads

Day by day itinerary:

DAY 1: Bucharest arrival
We will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the hotel. The hotel is situated in the center of Bucharest, a city with a vibrating culture, art galleries, museums and a busy night life. Known as ‘Little Paris’ and it’s reputation for the high life, Romania’s largest city and capital Bucharest, offers a historical charm, a large number of museums, art galleries, exquisite Orthodox churches and unique architectural sites. We start our visit with the Parliament Palace (formerly called the People’s Palace).Build within Nicolae Ceausescu’s vision, the Parliament Palace provides 3.76 million square feet and it is considered as the world’s second largest building after the U.S. Pentagon. In the evening we will have a welcome special dinner organized by us and we will discuss the details of our tour.

DAY 2: Bucharest – Sinaia – Predeal Pass – Bran

We live behind a cultural capital and ride our motorcycles towards a city with famous legends and castles. We continue our visit with Peles Castle build by the Kind Carol the 1st between 1866 – 1914 and decorated by the famous J. D. Heymann from Hamburg, August Bembé from Mainz and Berhard Ludwig from Viena decorators. The former royal residence is the most beautiful residences in Europe with 160 rooms, all of them opulently decorated and spend the night in Dracula’s city. We visit Bran Castel, the castle where the myth of Dracula was born and learn about inspired stories about the well known vampire, Dracula.

DAY 3: Bran – Sighisoara – VlahitaPass – Gura Raului
We continue our motorcycle tour to theold and ancient Sighisoara city. We rideon narrow streets and listen great storiesabout the place where Print Vlad of theImpaler, known as Count Dracula wasborn. We visit the ancient Sighisoarafortified citadel together with The ClockTower, The Torture Room and TheMedieval Weapon Collection.We spendthe night in the ancient city listening thefamous legends of Dracula.

DAY 4 : Gura Raului – UrdelePass – Transalpina Road –Horezu
We continue our motorcycle tourthrough Transalpina, highestMountain road from the entireCarpathian Mountain chain. Weride on fantastic roads andbeautiful serpentines at 2145meters; make pictures of thebeautiful landscape ofTransalpina road. It is a perfectplay ground for demandingmotorcyclists.

DAY 5 : Horezu – Transfagarsan RoadBalea Lake – Bran
We ride now through Transfagarasanroad, 91 km just perfect for motorriding! Build at 2042 meters altitudeover Fagaras Mountains which are thehighest mountains in Romania,Transfagarasan road offers the mostspectacular landscape in Europe!

DAY 6: Bran – RasnovPass – Cheia Pass –Bucharest
Another day in the mountainswith beautiful landscape andspectacular roads… wecontinue our journey toBucharest. We will enjoy ourgoodbye dinner and shareour perfect moments aboutour motorcycle tour.
